Irene The Elemental Shifter

Based from the land of the Freljord, Irene is a champion who can shift her body from a gas, to a solid, or liquid. Lore coming soon.

Skillset:

Passive: State of Matter- Irene has Heat, and can change form into a gas, liquid, or solid. When Irene is in gas form she has no collision and Movement Speed and Attack Speed are increased by 20% while Armor and Magic Resistance is reduced by 15%. When Irene is in solid form she collision and Armor and Magic Resistance are increased by 15% while Movement Speed and Attack Speed is reduced by 20%.

W: Cleansing Wave - Irene takes a second to lower her heat and replenish her or an ally's health and shield them from the next % of damage.

E: Clouded Vision/Scorching Geyser/Stagger - Clouded Vision can be used when a gas, impairing the vision of a target enemy and leaving them blind. Scorching Geyser is used when as liquid, creating an intense heated geyser in front of Irene dealing magic damage and burning the enemy over time. Stagger is used as a solid where Irene quickly whips at an opponents feet to paralyze their movement and slow them by 25% for 2 seconds.

R: Flurry of War - Irene covers a large area immediately switching to a gas and anyone caught in the gas will freeze as Irene quickly forms into a solid ice form dealing a significant amount of damage.
